Discover a dynamic practice combining yoga, acrobatics, and Thai Massage. Learn the basics of partner stacks, counterbalances, partner acrobatics, inversions, and therapeutic flying. Explore partner dynamics, base and flyer techniques, choreography, and improvisation.
Our bodies need training to become more bendy, and using other people to gently push us is key to our progress. This class will include solo and partner stretches, assistance with using special props and techniques to help you push past your limits safely. We will learn how to overcome the mental and physical barriers of stretching, gain active flexibility, and train in a supportive environment.
